官方成绩单申请

成绩单 Ordering is provided through 的 National 学生交流.  成绩单 Ordering allows you to order official transcripts online at any time day or night.  You can order as many transcripts as you like in one online session using any major 信用卡.  Real‐ time email and mobile text alerts keep you up‐to‐date on 的 status 你的订单.  You can also track your order on 的 成绩单 Ordering Web site.

官方成绩单  IGETC/ CSU GE认证 Grades/ Unofficial 成绩单

IGETC/ CSU General Education Certification

IGETC (Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum) and CSU General Education certification verifies that a student has completed all lower division general education requirements for 的 UC or CSU. The IGETC can be used for UC and CSU. CSU认证 只适用于犯罪现场组吗. Certification is reported on your official transcript.  请填写 的 IGETC/CSUGE Certification Request Form and submit to 的 招生及记录 Office.       注:平均处理时间 is 2 - 4 weeks, Rush service is not available to certify an IGETC or GE Certification. 

Grades and Unofficial 成绩单  

Grades and Unofficial transcripts may be obtained by logging into your 我的哈特奈尔 门户和登录 PAWS自助服务 . This free service is available for students who attended 威尼斯人平台 from 2000年至今. 

办公时间: Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm,  Friday 8am - 1pm.

Institutions eligible for electronic transcript delivery

During 的 成绩单 Ordering through 的 National 学生交流, when asked, "How do you want your transcript sent" please select "mailed". 我们的系统会自动 send your transcript electronically as long as your institutiuon is listed below.

If your institution is not listed, transcripts will be sent out by mail.

常见问题

Click on 的 official transcript button above. You will be redirected to 的 National 学生交流. Fill out your information and pay 的 required fees.

The RUSH transcript request will be processed within one working day of receipt. 所有 transcripts are delivered through 的 regular U.S. 邮政服务. 我们不提供 an overnight mail delivery service.

The requests will be processed within one working day of receipt. 有效照片I.D. is required at 的 time of pick up. 成绩单 will be ready to pick up after 12 pm 的 following working day of receiving 的 Rush Service Request. 成绩单 may be picked up at 的 招生 & 记录 Office located inside 的 学生服务 主校区B楼. The office is open Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Fridays 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. Contact us at (831) 755-6711 or admissions@cargraphicsuk.com.

所有ow up to 15 business days for your transcript to be processed.

RUSH transcripts are processed throughout 的 year, except :

  • 2周前 & 的 first 3 weeks of 的 start of 的 Fall semester
  • Last week of 的 Fall semester thru 的 first 3 weeks of 的 start of 的 Spring semester.
  • Last week of 的 Spring semester thru 的 first 2 weeks of 的 start of 的 Summer 术语.
